Incubator Building

baby tower Do you have a new idea for a business? Do you need a place to put it? Maybe a little money to get started?

We would like to help. We are in the process of finding a location. It will offer offices, and possibly some small studios with a common reception area, kitchen, conference room and bathrooms. We will provide a shared broadband connection, copying machine, a receptionist, and a whole bunch of help: We expect to offer:

  • Help with your business plan
  • Marketing help
  • Limited financial assistance
  • Accounting advice and training

 
 

Eventually we will form a SCORE (service corps of retired executives) chapter in town and house them in our incubator center, but until that happens, CDC Board members are willing and able to help.

The incubator center will be similar to the successful center created by our neighbors in Conway, New Hampshire. We envision building or buying an existing structure and converting it to suit our needs.

Colebrook Development Corp is a non-profit, 501c3 corporation dedicated to creating economic opportunities in the Colebrook, New Hampshire area.
